How do I tell the five TOEM 2 locations apart?

Use biome, not GPS. TOEM 2 regions are boxed neighborhoods with a kiosk that counts stamps. You cannot walk from Homelanda’s driveway into the aquarium. If a stream overlay says “Homelander,” that is the same teaching island with a slurred name.

Counts that belong on the walkthrough

Some recaps print 3 / 20 / 19 / 17 / 1 stamp jobs. Treat that split as unverified here. This page is the atlas. Order and bus rules live on walkthrough.

What we will not invent

Full NPC directories, interior room names, and every POI number stay TBA until screenshots. Roles (farmer, plumber, grandmother) are enough to navigate. Next: the house that starts the trip.

What is Homelanda in TOEM 2?

Homelanda is the photographer’s home neighborhood: bedroom, kitchen, roof antenna, gift box, shed gnome, bus stop. It teaches the sequel’s movement and the camera before any farm puzzle. Story setup is the TOEM trip with Nana — you do not import a TOEM 1 save.

Why it exists

Official copy: step back into a curious photographer’s shoes years later. Jump and climb are new versus the first game, so the yard has height on purpose. Empty photo frames in the house are a hint to print, not clutter.

What is not Homelanda

The Steam demo does not replace this island. City streets in Deltburg are a later box. If you bought the full game and spawned in a dense downtown, you are not in Homelanda.

What is Cropten vs Cropton?

Cropten and Cropton are the same farm region in public writing. This wiki lists both until an in-game sign is captured. Recaps: residents, muddy pigs, chickens, runaway garden gnomes, sunflowers, cloth, jam, a windmill, picnic clouds that want focus. Kotaku’s “giant chicken” note is a farm sight gag, not a confirmed boss name.

You are still on the farm if…You already left if…
Jam apples and a checkered deck machineYou are photographing aquarium tanks
Gnomes under stairs and decksYou are in Crystal Caves
A goat-head climbing flag on a barnYou are touching a city tower flag
Scarecrows and hay needlesA kiosk has sent you to Taletorp by name

Why search results fight you

Autocomplete and recaps disagree on the vowel. Treat them as aliases. Do not create a second farm in your notes. Scissors jobs cluster here; city pipes do not.

Collectibles

Farm animals feed the critters page. Clothes on roofs follow jump/climb. Named species lists stay TBA. Next biome is the forest village, not another farm.

What is Taletorp?

Taletorp is the forest village with RPG-table dressing: tavern floors, knights, a troll bridge, Crystal Caves, a potion cooker, carpentry on arches and bells. It is not a combat zone. Hammer and focus do more work here than scissors.

TOEM 2 bus kiosk and stamp quota UI after Homelanda
  • Do01Confirm you are in forest + tavern, not farm fields
  • Do02Look for a catacombs map in the tavern if a chalice job is active
  • Do03Focus cave light and sky clouds before you assume a missing interior
  • Do04Bank toadstools if multiple residents want potions
  • Do05Leave when the kiosk accepts stamps — 19 jobs is the 100% list, not always the fare

Photo verbs that belong here

Cavern’s Light, shaped clouds, an “invisible” NPC in a rock circle until focus, a nest on a tower, three goats in one frame. If none of that matches your HUD, you may still be on the farm.

Where the walkthrough takes over

Step-by-step cave directions go stale the moment a patch moves a wall. Use this atlas to know you are in Taletorp, then the walkthrough for gate order. Next is the city the demo sampled.

What is Deltburg?

Deltburg is the waterfront city: Grand Aquarium, sewers, shops, a comedy club, an odor museum, offices, and pipe rooms. Launch press and demo notes treat it as the dense “downtown” box. It is the only region the free Steam demo is publicly described as using.

Landmarks recaps agree on

Aquarium tanks and a storage room with fish food. Fountain plumber puzzles. A building with a nose sign for smelly subjects. Ghost access to sewers. A photo studio with props and a tripod. Named fish on evolution boards appear in launch-week lists — treat spellings as TBA until HUD text is captured.

Demo vs full city

The demo is a slice: enough streets and jobs to test invert settings and a wrench/screwdriver, not the five-region atlas. Full Deltburg may include more interiors. Do not assume Homelanda teaching happened in the demo. Details: demo.

How it feels versus the farm

Vertical routes use pipes and balloons as much as barns. Audio cues (singing fish in one review) matter; do not mute if a job is hunt-by-ear. After the city quota, the last named stop is the hill.

What is Whirhill?

Whirhill is the late-game hill. This wiki’s spelling matches store-adjacent copy; some guides print Whirlhill. Recaps: a whirling birch, a silver leaf you must focus, then the TOEM bloom. Quest tables often list a single stamp job for the region.

Why it is short on this page

Full map, extra sights after the tree transforms, and who stands on the tripod for a group photo stay TBA. We will not invent a dungeon layout. Experience Toem is the published finale job name in launch-week tables — confirm on your journal.

How to know you arrived

If the kiosk named the next stop after Deltburg and the skyline is a hill with one important tree, you are here. If you still see an aquarium, you are not. Return trips for leftover outfits are a completion layer, not a sixth region.

What next

Next: photograph wildlife in the region you are actually standing in. Need the bus order instead of flavor? Walkthrough. Stamp rules: stamps.

FAQ

How many regions are in TOEM 2?

Five named boxes: Homelanda, Cropten/Cropton, Taletorp, Deltburg, Whirhill. The demo is not a sixth region.

Which spelling is Cropten or Cropton?

Both appear outside the game. This locations page lists both until a HUD screenshot.

Is Whirhill the same as Whirlhill?

Same late-game stop in public lists. This wiki uses Whirhill; screenshot the sign.

Can I fast travel like in some TOEM 1 maps?

Treat each sequel neighborhood as stamp-gated. Do not assume the first game’s kiosk menu.

Does Homelanda appear in the demo?

Public notes describe a Deltburg slice. Homelanda is full-release teaching.

Where are critter and outfit maps?

Per-region dumps stay TBA. Use the critters and outfits pages plus in-game journals.
